In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10 Part 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 18 to the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
The attached contains no change which decreases the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided.
This revision incorporates certain existing security practices related to personnel access not previously delineated in the Plan, two revised drawings depicting modifications to doors, and two references to training in accordance with 10CFR26.
The attached information has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21.
