The NRC participates with EPA and other Federal agencies and advisory bodies in the development of Radiation Protection Guidance to Federal-Agencies and is currently participating in the development of Federal guidance on radiation protection for members of the public.
In addition, the NRC and EPA exchange and discus's proposed revisions to regulations and policies at various stages
[
of development. Both NRC and EPA have provided representatives to working l
groups of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, which work to implement radiation protection recommendations at an

international level.
