South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) is one recipient of various NRC originated documents (i.e., NRC Bulletins, Information Notices, Generic Letters, etc.), as is the co-owner of the SCE&G Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, the S. C. Public Service Authority (PSA). This letter is to apprise you that Mr. W. A. Williams, Jr., Special Assistant, Nuclear Operations, retires on December 31, 1989; pending appointment of his successor, it is requested that all NRC correspondence normally addressed to Mr. Williams be sent to Mr. Robert V. Tanner, Executive Vice President of PSA. Mr. Tanner's complete mailing address is as follows:
