Virgil C. Su: tuner Nuclear on Docket No. 50/393 Administrative Procedures Referenced in SER Supplerant 1
Dear Mr. Denton:
It has been noted that Administrative Procedures AP-518 and AP-216 were reviewel and referenced by the NRC staff in their Supplement 1 to the Virgil C. Sumer Safety Evaluation Report. Since that time, these procedures have been deleted and their content is now incorporated into Procedure AP-501.
South Carolina Electric & Gas Ccmpany has reviewed this new procedure and determined that the functions und content are identical to those reviewed in AP-518 and AP-216. We consider this sufficient notification to preclude any further NRC staff review of this matter.
