Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with my letter dated October 1, 1981, South Carolina Electric
& Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, has reviewed the Luco Report and herewith submits forty-three (43) copies of our evaluation entitled " Applicant Evaluation -- Luco Report".
Copies of this evaluation are concurrently being submitted to Dr. Andrew Murphy of the NRC Geoscierte Research Division, Dr. Phyllis Sobel of the NRC Geoscience Branch, and to Dr. Carl Newton of Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory.
Since this evaluation deals with the seismic issues under litigation at the ASLB hearings, additional copies are being distributed to the service list in that proceeding.
