Summer Nuclear $tation Docket No. 50/395 I&E Bulletin 81-01, Rev. 1 Dear Mr. O'Reilly In a previous response to IE Bulletin 81-01 dated March 17, 1981, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company comitted to performing visual inspections and " push-pull" testing on mechanical snubbers installed on safety related systems during the period July 1,1981, through August 21, 1981. As a result of scheduling delays these tests have not yet been performed; but will be conducted af ter Hot Fun:tional Testing and prior to fuel load.
