Tech Specs Section 3.6.2.1.F requires buch sub-systems to be operable.

Redundant recorder 2T48-R607B was operable. Plant operation was placed in a 30 day LC0 as a result of th's event.

The health and safety of the public was not affected. This is a repetitive event as last reported on Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-366/1979-131.

The ccuse of the event has been attributed to component fail 9re.
