lle have reviewed your response to Generic Letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events. Our review was to confirm that the subject procedures and training either currently exist i
or will be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plant.
You indicated that you would evaluate existing procedures and training against the station blackout concerns outlined in Generic Letter 81-04 and irplement the results of that evaluation by September 1981. Ife find this implementation schedule acceptable. The NRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement will review the subject procedures and training program during a future plant inspection.
