Narrative

Report for LER E0-366/1981-075 While operating at 87% power on 8-12-81 at 0608 CDST, the accumulator lcw pressure alarm was received for control rod 26-47.

Personnel were sent to recharge the accumulator.

Accumulator pressure had decreased approximately 960 psig. The accumulator was recharged to 1100 psig

+a at 0820 CDST 8-12-81.

Shift personnel could not determine the cause of pressure reduction for this accumulator.

Control rod 26-47 was returned to operable status following recharging of c cumulator.
