(1) Submit the service factor rating for the '000-volt and '5 -volt Class 1E motors.
(2) Submit additional information on the following items stated in Ref.1, page 5:
(1) Which starter control circuit fuses were replaced and the fuse rating (before and after).
(2) Which control transforcers were replaced and the size.
(3) Case 7 of Ref. 1 addresses the overvoltage concern (Guideline ll, Ref. 2) during cininu plant load conditions and maxi us offsite grid voltage.
The loading condition is defined as all auxiliary loads under normal plant shutdown. Does this repr sent the "minicus" plant load condition rather than during refueling for example.
If not, define the " minimum" plant load condition and submit an analysis at all Class 1E voltage levels.
(4) Submit the following analyzed voltages and/cr equipment ratings:
(s) Minimum pickup and maximum dropout voltages for the 120-volt motor controller contactors.
(b) Steady state and transient voltages for the 120-volt contactors for i
the worst cases of maximum grid-cinicut load and mininum grid-caxinus load conditions (case 7 of Ref. I and case 6 of Ref. 2).
t (c) Korst case transient voltage a the 120-volt contactor-level during the starting of the large non-Class lE load (case 3 of Ref. 2).
l (5) Clarify the correlation between the test results submitted in Ref. 3 to
[
the analytical values of the corresponding cases in Ref. 1.
Also, submit the percent error dif ferences in the conparison at each Class lE voltage level.
