The pump did not start, and the eleetticians were called to inven t i p,a t e.

In the process of t rouble-l shooting, it can deternined that no control power van available to the breaker.

Further voltane checi.s nhered the loss of voltage was at the control power fuse

A visucil inspection revcaJed a bent plug-in on the removable fuse cartridce.

Corrective Action

The removable fune cartridge plug-in was straightened t o be in i

proper aligr.nenL with the fuse suitch block under I-iaintenance Work Order 81-2925.

The breaker car tested utisfactortl'/ and returned to service. When available, a l

j new fune cartridge ulil be installed under Malatenance Uork Order 81-2926 Inspec-tion of ot her breaker enbieles tan conducted, and it ucs determined that the prob-lems were not repetitiv - in nature.
