Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30 (c) (1) (i), South Carolina Electric &
Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, herewith filcs f xty-three (63) sets of Amendment No. 27 of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Virgil C. Sumer Nuclear Station.
The material submitted contains three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) conformed copies thereof.
This amendr.ent has been reviewed for consistency with the record. in the Atomic Safety a.id Licensing Board proceedings in this docket.
Two c.nanges relate to topical issues in the proceedings -- seismic and management.
The first, amendment of Chapter 2.5, merely incorporated material prev Musly submitted to the Staff and the entire service list by letter frox f. C. Nichols to Mr. Denton dated April 15, 1981, as promised in that letter.
That letter is already a part of the ASLB hearing record.
The second, amendments to Chapters 13 and 17, merely reflect title changes for several personnel in the nuclear organizations.
No other changes have any material relationship to matters in the record.
