Gentlemen:

On August 7, 1981, the Applicant in the above-referenced matter sent interrogatories to the Joint Inter-venors and Governor Edmund G.

Brown.

It has come to our attention that a typographical error in the caption of the interrogatories stated that the interrogatories were in connection with the low power proceeding.

Obviously, such is not the case.

Enclosed is a corrected cover page for for each of these sets of interrogatories.
