Q 2.720 and Q 2.744, its responses to the above-captioned discovery requests which were filed on July 1,1981, and encloses the affidavits of Thomas !!cKenna and M. P. floeller.
Interrogatory No. 6 As part of HRC's efforts to de,velop new siting regulations, a comparative risk analysis of all reactor sites is being performed. This analysis includes calculations of early and delayed facilities, early and delayed injuries, and econonic danage.
For siting purposes, a generic source term is being used for all calculations, which is representative of current LWR designs.

From the preliminary analyses which have been-perfomed to date, the Pilgrim site could be described as being an average site based strictly on demographic considerations.
