July 1st "A" and "B" recirc pumps tri'pped at 2020 causing a power reduction July 2nd 2329 control rod pattern adjustment 1

July 6th 1536 auto scram on Full Group I isolation cuased by Turbine Bldg. Steam Tunnel Hi Temp alarm July 7th Rx critical at 0942. Auto scram at 1911 on full Group I isolation caused by condenser vacuum switches being valved out. When mode switch went to "RUN", logic saw less than or equal to 880 psig.

July 8th Rx critical at 0025. Generator tied to linc at 0348.

July 10 th Power decreased at 2303 to repair Feedwater Heater check valve.

July lith Power increase began at-2000 July 12th Plant Service Water strainers stopped up .at-1705 causing a power decrease July 15th 2230 - power decreased to clean cire water screens July 18th 2119 weekly turbine test i July 22nd Plant Service Water strainers stopped up again at 1945 July 25th 2230 weekly turbine test July 30th 1322 power decrease due to Plant Service Water strainers stopped up
