Therefore, in accordance with this policy statement, we request that you consider the snore severe kinds of very low probability accidents that are physically possible in env'eron7 ental impact assessnents required ty the !btional Envirotraental Policy Act. Such accidents are comonly referred to as Class 9 accidents. A copy of this statement is enclosed.
