Dear Mr. Davis:
g My letter of May 18, 1981 provided Duke Power Company's application for a Special Nuclear Material License for McGuire Nuclear Station Unit No. 2.
Attached is Revision 1 to that application. This revision provides the answers to questions raised by your staff in recent celephone conversations with Duke. The entire application is being re-submitted with tne revised sections indicated by lines in the margin.
As stated in my May 18, 1981 letter the shipment of new fuel for Unit No. 2 is now scheduled to begin in mid-August of 1981 and finish in mid-December, 1981. Your prompt review of this application would therefore be greatly appreciated.
