This letter 1s in response to your letter of June 30, 1980, on behalf of the Seacoast Anti-Pol fution League, which the Comission referred to r.e for consideration as a request for action under 10 C.F.R. 2.206 of the Comission's regulations. Your letter requested that the Comission take steps to suspend ar revoke the perraits issued to Public Service Cocpany of New Hampshire for construction of the Seabrook Station.
