Narrative

Report ,for I.liR 50-366'1981-065 During routine observation of control room pancis drywell H -02. analyzer recorder 2P33-R601A was found inoperative. 2 Tech Specs 3.3.6.4 requires both channels to be operable during power operation. A 30-day LCO was declared. A similar event was repor.ted by LER 50-366/1981-039. The 2P33-R601A recorder was inspected and found to be operating properly. H -02 analyzer was next examined and found inopera-The 2 ble. The hydrogen and oxygen gas flows in the analyzer were out of adjustment due to pa G Mlly clogged gas-flow regulat-ors. The regulators were clos ~ed, and the gas flows adjusted properly.- The analyzer was recalibrated and returned to service. The health and safety of the public were'not affect-ed. No further action or reporting is required. }}
