Narrative

Report for LER 50-366/1981-069 Surveillance was overlooked by personnel cii the evening shift of 6-30-81.

Tech. Specs. section 4.3.1.1 requires HNP-2-3054 to be performed weekly.

The date of 6-30-81 was the last day that HNP-2-3054 could be performed and still be within the weekly time period.

This was discovered on 7-2-81 by the Shif t Foreman on duty.

The personnel who overlooked this surveillance requirement has been instructed by his immediate supervisor as to the importance of HNP-2-3054 APRM Surveillance and as to how the surveillance manual can be kept up-to-date and current re-quirements performed within the proper time frames.
