Gentlemen:
Subject: NRC Inspection
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messers. North and Young of
this office on May 13-15, 18, 20 and June 4,1931 of activities authorized
by NRC License Nos. DPR-1. TR-1, R-33 and DR-10, and to the discussion of
our findings held by Mr. North with Mr. R. Butler and other meders of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection am described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations
of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and
observations by the inspector.
Based on the results of this inspection, it appears that certain of your
activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirenonts,
as set forth in the Notice of Violation, enclosed herewith as Appendix A.
In accordance with.10 CFR 2.790 of the Corinission's regulations, a copy
of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the
NRC's Public Document Room.
If this report contains any information that
you believe to be exempt from disclosum under 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4), it is necessary
that you (a) notify this office by telephone within ten (10) days from the
date of this letter of your intention to file a request for withholding;
and (b) submit within 25 days from the date of this letter a written application
to this office to withhold such infonetion.
If your receipt of this letter

review, please notify this office promptly so that a new due date may be
