Report Nos. 50-338/81-13 and 50-339/81-10
Thank you for your letter of June 22, 1981, informing us of steps you
have taken to correct the ,lolation concerning activities under NRC
License Nos. NPF-4 and NPF-7 brought to your attention in our letter
of May 28, 1981. We will examine your corrective actions and plans
during subsequent inspections.
With regard to the violation, your response stated that you did not
concur with the finding. He have evaluated your response and no addi-
tional information has been provided which changes cur position.
However,
your action in response to the violation when implemented appears to be
sufficient correction action to resolve this problem.
