The loose sett i i l rod bushing allowed the near box set rod to move which unlocked the limit ssitches frorf i 7 ltheir adjusted position. The final result was the torquing out of DH 64.

Under MWO l

g l81-1636, the bushing was tightened and the limit switches readjusted.

ST 5051.13 was I g lsuccessfully performed on 2/27/81.
