We have completed our review of th Revision 4 changes to the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Modified Ame, id Security Plan transmitted by your letter dated April 9,1981.
We have reviewed the changes and agree that the changes, as contained in the enclosure to your above referenced letter and your submittal of January 1981 plan are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p).
The enclosu:e to your letter of April 9,1981 and your plan submitted January 1981 contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and will, therefore, be withheld from public disclosure.
