r T. I' 3 ' a Request: Review all ASME Code Class 1, 2, and 3 Pressure Boundary Piping, Safe Ends , and fitting material, including weld metal. Identify materials that do not meet these guidelines and provide a schedule for replacement or alternatively, prepare a sub-mittal to the Staff to demonstrate that implemen-ting the Staff's guidelines specified in Sect. III of NUREG 0313, Rev. 1 would result in undue hardship.

Response: CG6E has reviewed ASME Class 1, 2, and 3 Pressure Boundary Piping, Safe Ends, and fitting material.

The results of this review are included in this Report.

To the extent practical, CG6E is replacing portions of instrument piping which are most susceptible to Intergranular Stress Corrosion Cracking (IGSCC).

Any replacements beyond those listed in this submittal would result in an undue hardship on the scheduled plant fuel load.
