- The primary containment atmosphere oxygen concentration shall!
be less than 4% by volume during the period from:
a.
Within 24 POWER, to hours after THERMAL POWER > 15% of RATED THERMAL b.
Within 24' hours prior to a scheduled reduction of THERMAL POWER to < 15% of RATED THERMAL POWER.
