i We note in your letter dated July 10, 1980, a request for authorization for the receipt, possession, storage, inspection and transportation of special nuclear material by January 1,1981. A discussion held with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation Project Manager indicates you do not expect to receive the fuel before the third or fourth quarter of 1981.
Please provide us with a realistic date when you intend to receive the fuel
