A routine safety _ inspection of your emergency preparedness program was conducted by
' Messrs. E. Fox and C. Amato of this office on January 8 12, 1990, at the Seabrook
' Nuclear Power Station, Seabrook, New Hampshire. Discussions of our findings were
Jpresented by Mr. Fox to your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas exainined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I inspection
report which is enclosed 'with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
. selective examination.of procedures and representative records, interviews with
. personnel an'd observations made by the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were observed.
