The report indicates that two deficiencies were identified. The Massachusetts Emergency Operations Center was issued a deficiency for not demonstrating FEMA Objective 3, (demonstrate the ability to direct, coordinate and control emergency activities), and for not demonstrating FEMA Objective 13, (demonstrate the ability to coordinate the formulation and dissemination of accurate information and instruction l
to the public in a timely fashion after the initial alert and notification has occurred).
j The report further indicates that the State must conduct a remedial drill within i
approximately 60 days to demonstrate the correction of the deficiencies concerning FEMA Objectives 3 and 13.
