Your letter dated November 15, 1989 provided its revised resolutions to Human

Your letter dated November 15, 1989 provided its revised resolutions to Human Engineering Discrepancies (HEDs) Nos. 113 and 263 indicating "no action" was deemed appropriate. These HEDs were identified during the Detailed Control Room Design Review for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit 1.

During a December 1,1989 conference call, the staff indicated that your explanation regarding the revised resolutions was incomplete because it did not clearly indicate whether the subject HEDs were safety significant.

In your. letter dated January 10, 1990, you clarified that the discrepancies were reevaluated as non safety-related HEDs. This information satisfactorily resolves the staff's concern regarding HEDs Nos. 113 and 263.
