50-369/89-42 AND 50-370/89-42
This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by
'
the ' resident inspectors on December 20, 1989 - January 22, 1990.
The
inspection included a : review of activities authorized for your McGuire
facility. . At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed
s
with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed inspection report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.

these areas the inspection consisted of selective examinations'of procedures

-and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of-
activities in progress.
The-inspection findings indicate that certain activities appeared to violate
~NRC requirements.
However, because all of the criteria for categorization of
- Licensee-identified violations were met, the violation is not being cited. The
details pertaining. to the Licensee-identified violation are described in the
enclosed' Inspection Report.
