Noting that you have.comitted to complete each of the-five recomended actions of GL 89-13 by startup from the next scheduled refueling outage for each Unit (June 1990 for Unit I and May 1991 for Unit 2), we accept your response as fulfilling this requirement of the GL.

We remind you'that if you choose a course of action different from the recommended actions of the GL, you should document and retain in appropriate

_ plant records a justification that the heat removal requirements of the service water system are satisfied by use of the alternative program.
