Generic Letter 88-20 requires, in part, that each operating reactor licensee and construction permit holder: (1) identify the approach and method selected for-performing _ the IPE, (2) describe the method to be used, and (3) identify the schedule for performing the IPE-and submitting the results to the NRC.
