CATAWBA NUCLEAR STATION-REQUALIFICATION EXAMINATION REPORT -

The NRC administered examinations during the weeks of August 24 and September 4.1989, to employees of your company who currently hold licenses to operate the Catawba Nuclear Station.
At the conclusion of the site visit, preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
A table summarizing the examination results for each examined individual is provided in Enclosure 2.
Copies of the written examinations and answer keys are included in this report as Enclosure 3.
A requalification program evaluation report is included as Enclosure 4.
This evaluation report finds that the Catawba requalification program remains satisfactory.

Your attention is invited to information in the examination and evaluation reports which describe our concerns over operator performance and examination administration.
A Simulator Fidelity Report is provided in this report as En a sure 5.
