Summary of Ooeratina Experience The unit entered the month off line due to a continuation l
C of the first refueling outage. The refueling outage was completed during the month and the unit went critical on December 11, 1989. The unit was synchronized to the grid i
on December 15, 1989. Reactor power continued to increase 1
through the end of the month as post refuel testing was' completed.
