SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION
This letter refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. G. M. Good, Team Leader,
and other NRC team members of this office on December 4-7, 1989, of activities
authorized by NRC License No. DPR-54 and to the discussion of our findings
held by Ms. Good with Mr. D. Keuter and other members of your staff at the
conclusion of-the inspection.
Areas examined during this insl>ection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these areas, tw inspection consisted of selective
examinations of >rocedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and osservations by the inspectors.
No deficiencies or violations of NRC requirements were identified within the
scope of this inspection.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
