4 SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO.: 50-302/89-29 This' refers to-_the Nuclear. Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted by P. : Holmes-Ray. on November 9 - December 15, 1989. The inspection included a . review :of Lactivities authorized for your Crystal River facility. At the j conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of , -your staff, identified in-the enclosed inspection report. Areas 1 examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within .these areas, the inspection consisted of selective. examinations of. procedures .andL representative records, . interviews with personnel, and observation of , activities in progress.
