Dear Mr. Kovech:
We have completed our review of your submittal dated October 7, 1988, wherein you submitted NRC Forms 474, " Simulation Facility Certification," for Braidwood Units 1 & 2 and Byron Units 1 & 2 in compliance with 10 CFR 55.45(b)(2). Our review also includes your response dated July 27,1939 to our request for additional information dated May 26, 1989.
The staff finds the documentation to be complete with the additional infor-mation provided and requires no further information on your part at this time.
Our review was only to ensure completeness of your documentation, and did not ertend to verification of the accuracy of the data or statements made in the certification, nor does our review provide NRC approval of acceptability of a particular simulator for use in administering operating tests.
