The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issuec the enclosed Amendment No.169 to facility Operating License ho. DPR-62 for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit 2.
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your submitt61 dated June 9,1989.
The amendment will change the Minimum Critical Pcwer Ret 10 safety limit from 1.04 to 1.06.
The change is necessary because a new fuel type (GE8xBhB) is being added to the core.
