Thank you for your letter of June 9,1981, informing us of steps you have taken
to correct the violations concerning activities under NRC Operating License No.
DPR-72 brought to your attention in our letter of May 15, 1981. We will examine
your corrective actions and plans during subsequent inspections.
Regarding your comments relative to additional time for letters of response to

reach the regional office, our office has recently increased the response time to
thirty days from the date of Notice.
This increase in time is primarily to
accomodate mail delays the utilities have been experiencing.
We appreciate your cooperation with us.
