Prcparations for startup woro undcrway on May 24, but werc delayod until May 23 due to inst edulitics in the cloctronics at the newly installod SCMM Dump Volurc Isvol Monitoring Syston. On May 28, at 0345, the reactor was critical. At 1648, a.6 SCRAM occurred due to low level in the reactor. After post-SCHAM analysis wx1 prc-startup checks, the reactor was laroujht critical sjain at 0234 on May 29 and the turbir/2 generator cane on line at 2245. At the end of the reporting period, power was being increased as core limits ali v l.

The following acportabic occurrencca were identified during the ucnth of May:

R.O. 81-20 occurred on May 1,1981 when the level setpoint for the level transmitter for B Isolation Condenser was found to be l

lower than required by the Mair=1 Sra-m ation require-c ments.
