Wright an April 15, 1980 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our interia mports dated May 15, July 30, and November 7, 1980 and February 20, 1981. - Enclosed is our fifth interim mport. We expect to submit our next witten report by July 28, 1981.

' fnterim Progress TVA has finalized its record search to identify inspections for which the welding inspector was responsible. The initial sample space for reinspection of the welds has been determined per the sampling techniques
. of MIL-Standard 105D. TVA is in the process of reinspecting these welds.
