This refers to your letter of February 27, 1981, informing us of steps you have
taken to correct the violation concerning activities under your NRC
Construction Permit No. CPPR-73 brought to your attention in our letter of
January 26, 1981.
With regard to item 6 of the second violation for failure to follow precedure
during the Unit 2 hydrostatic test, we have again reviewed this matter.
Your
response regarding item 6 presented no new information to change the fundamental
inspection finding. We will examine your corrective actions and plans during
subsequent inspections.
