Report for LER 50-366/1981-050 During a Q.A. Audit 11t was discovered that a mathematical error had been made in keeping the run times on SBGT Filter Train "B" (P.T46-00010) that resulted in exceeding the sampling frequency requirements of Tech. Specs.

4.6.6.1.1.c.

After discovery of'the mistake the required sample was taken as soon as possible.

A memo was sent to Operations personnel involved in keeping equipment run times reminding them of the importance of keeping correct records.
