Inspection 70-02895/81-01 This refers to your letter dated March 13, 1981, in response to our letter dated February 12, 1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions you docu-mented in response to our correspondence.
However, your letter has been reviewed ~and additional information is found to be needed.
You failed.to respond to item A.3 of Appendix A to our letter.
With respect to item B, when the additional users receive the training you will need to apply to the NRC Material Licensing Branch, Washington D.C. 20555, to amend your license to include the two additional users.
Please submit to this office within seven (7) days of receipt of this letter a written statement containing the requested information.
