SAFETY ASFECTS OF INADVERTENT SAFETY SYSTEM ACTUATIONS DURING SURVEILLANCE TESTING We have reviewed your letter of November 9,1979 concerning inadvertent safety injection during surveillance testing at Crystal River Unit No. 3.
In addition, we have reviewed your responses and actions with respect to the February 26, 1980 transient at Crystal River Unit No. 3.
We find that your responses adequately address the concerns stated in our September 21, 1979 letter (which enclosed our June 26, 1979 letter) and, therefore, we consider the matter resolved for your facility.
