In a closed meeting, the Commission discussed the contents of a proposed Memorandum and Order pertaining to the Federal Tort Claim of General Public Utilities Corporation.
The Commission, by a unanimous vote, denied the Federal Tort Claim of GPU and announced the decision in a session which was open to the public.
Commissioner Ahearne provided additional views to be attached to the Order.
Chairman Hendrie concurred in these views.
(Subsequently, the Order was signed by the Secretary.)
