to correct the Violation concerning activities under NRC Operating License No.
DPR-77 and Construction Permit No. CPPR-73 brought to your attention in our
letter of March 27, 1981. We will examine your corrective actions and plans
during subsequent inspections.
It is our understanding that in a telephone conversation of April 28, 1981,
between Mr. D. Kulisek of TVA and Mr. D. Quick of this office, it was agreed that
TVA would supply supplemental information to this response by May 12, 1980.
