TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENC' REPORT SQRO-50-327/81054 The enclosed report provides details concerning the inoperability of the chlorine gas detectors due to insufficient drip rate on two occasions.

Both events placed the unit in action statement "A" of limiting condition for operation 3.3.3.6 and are therefore reported in accordance with Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
