Thank you for your letter of May 14, 1981, which described changes in the organization of the Daniel construction work force at the Wolf Creek Project and proposed that the Construction Monitor who coordinates and verifies pipe cleanliness activities should now report to the new Piping / Welding Manager.
We concur with this proposed change in the reporting relationship of the Construction Monitor and will review implementation of the organizational changes during future NRC inspections.
